Stantec's multi-disciplinary office in Houston, TX has an opportunity for a Chemical Engineering Intern to join their Water practice. The role offers exposure to industrial water projects across power, datacenters, semiconductors, energy, and mining.

The successful candidate will assist with report preparation, project administration, and developing process engineering deliverables, while gaining hands-on field learning and site visits when required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a chemical engineering program.
• Interest in water resources and industrial water applications.
• Ability to work with project teams and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Assist project delivery team with reports, documentation, and research.
• Develop process engineering deliverables such as PFDs and mass balances as needed.
• Prepare technical project reports and assist with proposals.
• Support site visits and field learning activities when required.
• Attend project meetings and help with meeting minutes.
