Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse work across multiple departments.
• Able to lift 75 pounds and move 150+ pounds with team lift.
• PIV Certification required; PITO training/operation preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision-making with minimal guidance.
• Working knowledge of WMS; ability to raise trouble tickets is a plus.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; prior warehouse experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 6–15 associates, coordinating workloads to meet targets and KPIs.
• Drive safety, quality, and efficiency; provide real-time feedback.
• Lead pre-shift briefs, training, and onboarding as needed.
• Resolve issues at first contact and escalate when necessary.
• Control workflow and monitor dashboards to maintain productivity.
• Manage inbound Receiving/Bulk and outbound Shipping activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and department cleanliness.
• Answer emails and respond to inquiries promptly.
