Mattr Corp seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in the United States to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping. You will supervise staff, set daily expectations, and drive process improvements to ensure accuracy and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics with 1–3 years of supervision.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and attendance management systems.
• Safety-focused leadership with accountability.
• Clear communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, staging, shipping, and inventory control.
• Supervise and develop warehouse staff; set daily expectations and coach.
• Improve processes to increase accuracy and efficiency across material flow.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Planning, and Transportation.
