Job summary

Fullscript is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Lenexa, KS to oversee the warehouse team and daily operations. This hands-on role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, and standing for extended periods, with Monday–Friday schedules and potential weekend/holiday coverage.

You will lead a team of 20+ staff, ensure safe procedures, manage schedules, and drive process improvements while maintaining top-notch inventory control and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehousing and logistics.
• 1+ year in a leadership role managing 20+ staff.
• HS Diploma; secondary education preferred.
• Advanced experience with WMS/ERP in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking/packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure safe, clean, and organized work environments and adherence to procedures.
• Create and maintain daily work schedules, including overtime when needed.
• Lead onboarding, training, and development of new hires.
• Monitor attendance data and administer corrective actions when appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Drive continuous improvements to labor efficiency and resource use.
• Maintain facility safety and security at all times.
