Job summary

Fullscript is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure safety, and drive performance. This hands-on role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, Monday–Friday with possible weekends/holidays, and a focus on teamwork.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehousing, 1+ year in leadership, and solid experience with WMS/ERP systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehousing and logistics roles, with proven process improvement.
• 1+ year in a leadership role managing 20+ staff, including training.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and ensure safety.
• Oversee receiving, picking/packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Create and manage daily schedules, overtime, and attendance.
• Coach onboarding/training and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and cross-functional collaboration.
