Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehousing and logistics
• 1+ year in a leadership role overseeing 20+ employees
• Advanced experience with WMS or ERP systems in a warehouse
• Proven track record of implementing improvements
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking/packing, shipping and inventory control
• Maintain safe and organized work environment and enforce procedures
• Create and manage daily work schedules and overtime as needed
• Lead onboarding, training and coaching of new hires
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping and productivity metrics
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
• Motivate staff and drive continuous improvements in labor efficiency
• Ensure facility safety, cleanliness and security at all times
