Fullscript is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, promote safety, and drive efficiency. This hands-on role requires leading 20+ staff, scheduling, attendance tracking, and implementing process improvements.

The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and meeting customer needs while maintaining a positive work environment with strong growth opportunities at Fullscript.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Warehousing & Logistics.
• 1+ years in a leadership role, leading 20+ staff.
• HS Diploma required; secondary education degree desired.
• Advanced experience with WMS and/or ERP systems in a warehouse environment.
• Proven track record of generating and implementing effective ideas.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including public speaking.
• Ability to make difficult decisions, solve problems, prioritize, and manage projects.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work a full-time shift, including overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support Fullscript values and mission.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Oversee daily warehouse functions: receiving, picking/packing, shipping, inventory control, quality control, facilities, and safety.
• Ensure work areas follow proper procedures and protocols.
• Administer corrective action and encourage high performance.
• Create and maintain daily work schedules and overtime planning.
• Record time and attendance in the company system.
• Lead new-hire onboarding and training.
• Identify ways to increase labor and system efficiency.
• Act as a Leader within the department and organization.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet objectives.
• Ensure the facility is safe, clean, and secure.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
