Fullscript’s Lenexa, Kansas warehouse is seeking a Warehouse Associate to scan, pick, and pack orders as part of a collaborative team. You will help organize inventory, use handheld scanners, and follow on-screen instructions to ensure accurate, timely shipments.

The role is full‑time with day shifts, Sundays required, and overtime may be needed. A supportive benefits package and opportunities to grow on the job are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet the physical needs of the role, including standing, walking, pushing, and lifting throughout your shift.
• 6 months of previous warehouse experience ideally in a similar environment.
• Comfort working with productivity goals and daily targets.
• Ability to stay focused, accurate, and safety‑minded.
• Ability to work a 4x10 schedule or 5x8 schedule (including Sundays).
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new skills over time.

The starting pay for this role is $20.25 USD per hour. After 90 days, you may be eligible for quarterly bonuses through our Warehouse Incentive Program.
