Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant warehouse management experience.
• Experience establishing best practices in inventory management and counts.
• Experience overseeing overseas shipments including customs and import/export rules.
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain and Operations leadership to set warehousing standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and lead cycle counts.
• Review orders against stock and prepare for shipment.
• Coordinate domestic & international shipping documentation.
• Source inventory from other locations and manage transfers.
• Oversee truck loading and prepare shipments.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in ERP and WMS.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Lead and coordinate the warehouse team to meet delivery targets.
