Job summary

French Feast Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to run daily operations in our Newark-area facility.

You will oversee receiving, storage, packing and shipping for a high-volume 2,000-SKU warehouse and supervise a staff member, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety compliance, and coordination with other departments to meet shipping schedules and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse operations team.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize a 2,000-SKU warehouse, including receiving, inventory storage, stock locations and order fulfillment
• Coordinate and participate in unloading of approximately 60-70 containers per year
• Prepare and load approximately 30-50 pallets per week for shipment nationwide, personally or by directing staff
• Supervise and direct one warehouse employee, assigning daily tasks and ensuring timely completion
• Maintain accurate and organized inventory and stock locations
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of warehouse equipment
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized warehouse
• Identify and resolve day-to-day warehouse issues and ensure work is on schedule
• Work closely with management and other departments to coordinate receiving and shipping activities
