Key responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, routing, and shipping products
• Manage, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations across shifts
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies and product loss
• Enforce company safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and strict food safety handling standards

Skill & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills with a hands-on approach
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic inventory tracking software
• Valid forklift certification and the physical ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs
