Job summary

Conklin Metal Industries is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the Memphis warehouse operation. You will supervise a team of four, oversee receiving, inventory, picking, shipping, storage, and logistics, and drive safe, efficient processes.

The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse leadership, strong coaching and communication skills, and hands-on leadership. Typical schedule is 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for operational needs.

Qualifications

3–5 years of warehouse leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
Experience in industrial distribution preferred; HVAC or building materials experience is a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
Ability to work a 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday–Friday schedule, with flexibility between 6:00 AM–6:00 PM when operational needs require it.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support a team of four warehouse employees.
Oversee receiving, inventory, picking, shipping, storage, and logistics.
Plan daily priorities and coordinate schedules to keep material moving.
Maintain a clean, organized, and productive warehouse.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse flow, productivity, and accuracy.
Partner with branch leadership to implement improvements for employees and customers.
