Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify vehicle information and inspect all customer vehicles on receipt.
• Prepare and complete all necessary documentation.
• Set up day-end system and perform day-end procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Write electronic condition reports (ECR).
• Conduct OVE courtesy walk-around inspections.
• Stay current with system capabilities and relevant software.
• Understand body mechanical, frame labor, and inspection techniques.
• Model safety behaviors and support safety activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned; overtime may be required.
