The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and experience in mechanical assembly or fabrication, with hands-on tubing fabrication, tube bending, or compression fittings strongly preferred; readiness to complete Swagelok certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, manufacturing, or related industrial environment preferred.
• Hands-on tubing fabrication, tube bending, or compression fitting experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read basic manufacturing prints and perform shop math.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble stainless-steel tubing, fittings, hoses, and custom fluid systems.
• Bend and install tubing using precision tools and established procedures.
• Read manufacturing prints and troubleshoot assembly challenges.
• Set up, operate, and maintain fabrication equipment and tools.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Assist with maintenance of the tool rental fleet and other shop activities.
• Complete applicable Swagelok technical certifications.
