SharkNinja in Needham, MA is seeking a Product Test Engineer to own testing activities for one or more products in development. You will support the Test Manager by defining testing needs, executing tests, and reporting results to product teams.

This role offers hands-on work with physical products, opportunities to design test fixtures, automate testing, and collaborate with US and China teams. A Bachelor's degree in engineering and experience with prototyping tools like Arduino or Raspberry Pi

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Experience documenting testing expectations for US/China resources.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and learn new lab equipment.
• Familiarity with basic statistical methods and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own all testing activities for assigned products.
• Create test plans with protocols, data, and pass/fail criteria.
• Coordinate testing with US and China-based resources.
• Hands-on design, setup, and execution of product tests (physical and some software).
• Identify opportunities to automate testing.
• Create test protocols to improve testing effectiveness and efficiency.
• Perform black box testing to ensure proper consumer UX.
• Organize and report results to Test Team management and product teams.
• Order materials and equipment needed for testing.
• Learn to use new test equipment and document test protocols.
