Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Product Test professional to own testing activities for multiple products. You will design, set up, and run tests, coordinating with US and China teams to ensure robust data and reliable results.

You’ll develop detailed protocols, automate where possible, and report outcomes to the Test Team and product groups. A engineering degree and hands-on lab experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in an engineering field.
• Experience with hands-on testing and lab work.
• Ability to document testing expectations for US and China resources.
• Willingness to learn and use new lab equipment.
• Basic understanding of statistical methods.
• Strong written communication of work performed.

Responsibilities

• Own all testing activities for assigned products under guidance.
• Create detailed test plans with protocols, data collection, and pass/fail criteria.
• Coordinate testing with US and China-based resources.
• Hands-on design, setup, and execution of product tests (physical and some software).
• Identify opportunities to automate product testing.
• Develop test protocols for effective and efficient testing.
• Perform black box testing to ensure consumer UX quality.
• Organize and report results to management and product teams.
• Order materials and equipment needed for testing.
• Learn new test equipment and document test protocols.
