Job summary

REIC Rentals is seeking a mechanically inclined Technical Product Coordinator to support our equipment, parts, and national service operations. You will assemble and modify equipment, source parts, build retrofit kits, manage inventories, and assist with new product initiatives.

You will collaborate across Production, Engineering, Service, and Operations, gaining exposure as the company grows. The role suits a self-starter who enjoys variety and learning new skills in a hands-on shop setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of mechanical or technical experience or training.
• General understanding of mechanical tools and equipment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience with inventory or order-processing systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prep rental equipment for national service shop.
• Build component and retrofit kits for distribution to service locations.
• Rebuild/modify equipment including wiring and parts replacement.
• Assist with parts procurement and identification for rebuilds.
• Support Engineering with testing and new product projects.
• Develop knowledge of REIC equipment, parts, and services.
• Coordinate parts and equipment needs with service teams.
