REIC Rentals LLC is seeking a mechanically inclined, highly organized Technical Product Coordinator to join our growing team supporting equipment, parts, and national service operations.

This hands-on role involves assembling and modifying equipment, sourcing parts, and managing inventory, while collaborating across Production, Engineering, Service and Operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related mechanical or technical experience/training.
• 2+ years of technical experience in a field or customer-service environment preferred.
• General understanding of mechanical tools, equipment, terminology, and specifications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good judgment and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Comfortable reading and following technical instructions, diagrams, procedures, and specifications.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience with inventory or order-processing systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and retrofit kits for distribution to REIC service locations.
• Rebuild and modify equipment, including wiring and component replacement.
• Assist Production Manager in identifying parts for rebuilds and modifications.
• Support Engineering with new equipment testing and parts procurement.
• Develop knowledge of REIC's equipment, parts, products, and services.
• Package, ship, and receive parts and equipment; coordinate with service teams.
• Drive a company vehicle to suppliers and other locations to pick up or deliver parts and equipment; operate forklift after training.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop environment and look for process improvements.
