Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
REIC Rentals LLC is seeking a Parts Coordinator to keep inventory accurate, source parts, and support operations across the shop. You’ll inspect, store, issue parts for rentals, and help ensure smooth pick-up to delivery workflows.
You will work with a team across operations, fleet, and finance, maintaining organized stock, data accuracy, and timely deliveries while upholding safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
Do you thrive on keeping things organized, moving fast, and making sure customers (and coworkers!) always feel taken care of? If you're the type who loves juggling multiple projects, paying attention to details, solving puzzles, and being the go-to person everyone counts on? If this sounds appealing,
As our Parts Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of the shop-keeping track of equipment, wrangling paperwork, and making sure every rental runs smoothly from pick-up to delivery. You'll partner with awesome teammates across operations, fleet, and finance, and you'll get a front-row seat to the action in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
This isn't your average desk job-you'll play a key role in keeping projects moving, customers happy, and our fleet in tip-top shape.
