Job summary

Funnel Leasing Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Corporate Systems to own and drive technology projects end-to-end across corporate systems. You will configure, integrate, test, and deploy solutions while coordinating with IT and business teams to optimize processes.

This role requires a hands-on mindset and strong communication across stakeholders. Hybrid work from the Odessa, FL headquarters with at least one day on-site per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred in IT/IS/CS/Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business systems, IT project management, or similar roles.
• Hands-on configuration/administration of corporate SaaS platforms; Salesforce/Jira/Notion experience preferred.
• Demonstrated track record delivering system implementations or integrations end to end.
• Experience with integrations using native connectors, REST APIs, webhooks, or file transfers.
• Knowledge of identity management concepts (SSO, RBAC, provisioning) is a plus.
• Certifications like PMP/ITIL are a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate tech projects end to end: intake, scope, requirements, timeline, testing, launch, and post-implementation support.
• Serve as the primary technical resource, performing system configuration, integration, data migration, and testing.
• Design, build, document, and maintain integrations using native connectors, automation platforms, and vendor APIs.
• Monitor integrations in production; troubleshoot failures and implement error handling and alerts.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand workflows and configure systems to improve processes.
• Automate manual workflows including onboarding/offboarding and provisioning with identity management systems.
• Connect systems to reporting layers and build operational dashboards for stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and design sessions with stakeholders.
• Maintain intake/prioritization processes and provide regular portfolio status updates.
• Evaluate tech options and document comparisons; present to IT Manager and stakeholders.
• Ensure changes follow SOC 2/change-management/audit requirements; produce required documentation.
• Create/maintain system docs, runbooks, diagrams, and training materials for long-term support.
• Provide escalated technical support for corporate systems and integrations.
• Seek opportunities to retire redundant tools and improve processes; partner with security/DevOps/engineering.
