Funnel Leasing Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Corporate Systems to own end-to-end delivery of critical corporate tech projects in a hybrid role based at our Odessa, Florida headquarters.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT project management or business systems.
• Hands-on configuration and administration experience with corporate SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Notion, Rippling, Looker.
• Experience operating in a SOC 2/ISO 27001 type compliance environment is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate technology projects end to end, including intake, scoping, requirements, timeline, stakeholder communication, testing, launch, and post-implementation support.
• Serve as the primary technical resource on assigned projects, configuring, integrating, data migration, and testing work.
• Design, build, document, and maintain integrations between corporate systems using native connectors, APIs, and automation platforms.
• Monitor integrations and automations, troubleshoot failures, and implement error handling and alerts.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand processes and improve productivity through system configurations.
• Automate manual business processes and manage onboarding/offboarding workflows with IAM integration.
• Connect systems to the reporting layer and create dashboards for business owners.
• Translate requirements into system designs and run discovery/design sessions with stakeholders.
• Maintain intake/prioritization processes and provide regular project portfolio status reports.
• Evaluate tech options and document comparisons of alternatives for decision makers.
• Ensure changes follow change management/audit requirements (SOC 2) and produce required documentation.
• Create and maintain system docs, runbooks, and training materials for support post-launch.
• Provide escalated technical support for corporate systems and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to retire redundant tools and improve processes through automation.
• Coordinate with security/DevOps/engineering/data teams on compliance and standards.
• May include irregular hours to support distributed teams; travel <5%.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
