Job summary

Funnel Leasing is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Corporate Systems. The role is hybrid, requiring at least one day per week at our Odessa, Florida headquarters.

You will own outcomes from discovery through configuration, testing, launch, and adoption, serving as the hands-on technical resource for corporate systems projects. The position emphasizes native integrations, automation, and vendor APIs, with collaboration across IT and business teams to improve processes and ensureSOC 2

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in business systems, IT project management, or similar role.
• Hands-on configuration and administration experience with corporate SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate technology projects end to end, including intake, scoping, requirements, timeline, testing, launch, and post‑implementation support.
• Serve as primary technical resource on projects, performing system configuration, integration, data migration, and testing.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between corporate systems using native connectors, APIs, webhooks, and file transfers.
• Monitor integrations in production, troubleshoot failures, and implement error handling and alerting.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand workflows and improve processes through configuration and integration.
