Job summary

Module X Solutions LLC is seeking a Technical Lead to bridge frontline execution and supervision with strong technical expertise. The role requires day‑to‑day leadership, training, issue resolution, and adherence to engineering specs and procedures in a fast‑growing modular manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will mentor teams, drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and productivity, and coordinate with engineers and supervisors to meet production goals in a shop floor setting.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot, guide, and mentor team members.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Train and onboard new employees; encourage skill development.
• Communicate with supervisors and engineers.
• Maintain 5S and organized work areas.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on workflow.
• Identify equipment issues and process inefficiencies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience in manufacturing environments.
• Advanced understanding of department tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for team members; provide troubleshooting support and mentorship.
• Ensure team adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and productivity goals.
