Job summary

SPHERE co is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead implementations and upgrades of SPHEREboard, our identity intelligence platform. You will head a delivery pod of engineers, Support, and engineering resources, guiding engagements from kickoff to go-live and beyond.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep identity and infrastructure knowledge, with rapid hands-on proficiency in SPHEREboard within client environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in identity security or infrastructure, with 5+ years in delivery/leadership.
• Experience in a services or customer delivery role at an enterprise software company.
• Proven ability to lead engineers and PMs while remaining hands-on in client environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run implementations, upgrades, and migrations (Dev to Prod, on-prem to SaaS).
• Guide clients through infrastructure readiness to ensure smooth deployments.
• Hands-on configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting SPHEREboard integrations with the team.
• Lead delivery pod, forecast capacity, and balance priorities across engagements.
• Define completion criteria and ensure seamless transitions to ongoing support.
• Report progress and delivery metrics to leadership on a regular cadence.
