Job summary

Olin is seeking a Technology Development Engineer Co-Op for Fall 2027 in Charleston, TN. The role supports the Technology Development team, gaining hands-on experience across lab, pilot plant, and manufacturing settings.

The candidate will lead projects, assist with research and data analysis, and contribute to process and product development. Eligibility requires an undergraduate Chemical Engineering degree, a 3.0+ GPA, sophomore year completion, full-time availability, TWIC and US driver’s

Qualifications

Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate Chemical Engineering degree program.
Must have GPA 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale; an official transcript required each term.
Must have completed sophomore year (60 credits) prior to first rotation.
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during rotation; not eligible for virtual work.
Must obtain a TWIC and possess a valid US driver’s license.
Olin does not sponsor; must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects throughout the term, defined at rotation start.
Assist with research, testing, data analysis, and technical documentation
Analyze operating and experimental data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Support test plans, including experimental design, data collection, and analysis for process/product development projects
