Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or higher (4.0 scale) at all times throughout the program.
• Official transcript required each term.
• Sophomore year completed (60+ credits) before first rotation.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) on-site; no virtual work.
• TWIC and valid US driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects during the rotation.
• Assist with research, testing, data analysis, and technical documentation.
• Analyze operating and experimental data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support test plans, including design, data collection and analysis for development projects.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects throughout the term, to be defined at the beginning of the rotation based on department and business need.
• Assist with research, testing, data analysis, and technical documentation
• Analyze operating and experimental data to identify trends, evaluate process performance, and recommend opportunities for improvement
• Support test plans, including experimental design, data collection, and analysis to support process and product development projects

What You'll Bring:

• Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate Chemical Engineering degree program
• Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin.
• An official transcript will be required each term.
• Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.
• Must have completed sophomore year (or 60 completed credit hours) prior to first rotation with Olin
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) during rotation; Not eligible for virtual work
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license*
