Olin is seeking a Technology Development Engineer Co-Op for Fall 2027 in Charleston, TN. The role supports the Technology Development team, gaining hands-on experience across lab, pilot plant, and manufacturing settings.

• Must have GPA 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale; an official transcript required each term.
• Must have completed sophomore year (60 credits) prior to first rotation.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during rotation; not eligible for virtual work.
• Must obtain a TWIC and possess a valid US driver’s license.
• Olin does not sponsor; must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

The Technology Development Engineer Co-Op supports the Technology Development team, gaining hands-on experience supporting product and process improvement initiatives across laboratory, pilot plant, and manufacturing environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects throughout the term, to be defined at the beginning of the rotation based on department and business need.
• Assist with research, testing, data analysis, and technical documentation
• Analyze operating and experimental data to identify trends, evaluate process performance, and recommend opportunities for improvement
• Support test plans, including experimental design, data collection, and analysis to support process and product development projects

What You'll Bring

• Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate Chemical Engineering degree program
• Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.
• Must have completed sophomore year (or 60 completed credit hours) prior to first rotation with Olin
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) during rotation; Not eligible for virtual work
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license*
