Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters, a recruiting lead and a coordinator.
• Set hiring bar and coach recruiters to win exceptional people.
• Run or close the most critical searches, especially senior engineering hires.
• Bring leadership and investors into the close at the right moments.
• Plan hiring across R&D, manufacturing and construction as the company scales.
• Keep recruiting operations healthy, with support from a people systems partner.
