Surface Experts - Northeast Nashville is seeking a hands-on technician to perform surface repair tasks on a variety of client sites. You will diagnose, repair, and restore surfaces such as floors, countertops, and cabinets with a focus on efficiency and low odor solutions.

You will work daily at customer sites, interact with tenants and property managers, and document progress in our CRM. A strong preference for those with construction experience and color-matching skills, plus a friendly,

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or hobbies.
• Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors is important.

Responsibilities

• In the Field Daily: on-site for 3+ customers per day.
• Provide customer service and follow-ups.
• Track progress and notes in the CRM/Dispatch tool.
• Communicate with support team with questions.
• Follow the 5-step repair process and use your toolkit.
