Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with manual work (construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, etc.).
• Color vision and the ability to distinguish and replicate colors is integral.
• Driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 or more on-site creative repairs per day, perform work on-location with strong customer service and communication, and problem-solve across a variety of settings (e.g., apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites).
• Customer Service and Communication: Treat tenants and staff with exceptional service, update progress in the CRM/Dispatch tool, and collaborate with the Support Team to resolve issues.
• Follow Repair Process: Learn and apply the company's 5-step process, master the tools in your toolkit, and tailor solutions to each repair.
