Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Technician to repair surfaces for tenants and property management staff. You’ll follow a structured 5-step repair process, using a dedicated toolkit to complete tasks efficiently and deliver a high-quality finish.

You’ll work with your hands across floors, countertops, cabinets and more, enjoying variety, problem-solving, and a customer-centric approach in a fast-growing service company. Weekend-free schedule with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or related hobbies.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors; matching color is a core part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity
