Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Technician to repair various surface damages with creativity and care. You’ll use color-matching skills and a practical toolkit to execute quick fixes and delight customers.

In this role you’ll provide world-class service to tenants and property managers, track progress in our dispatch system, and follow a structured 5-step repair process. No weekends; on-site work in our local Cincinnati market.

Qualifications

• Experience working with hands in construction, manufacturing, painting or related hobbies.
• Ability to identify, compare and recreate colors.

Responsibilities

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
