Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a creative, hands-on Technician to perform on-site repairs across a variety of settings. You’ll engage customers, assess surfaces, match colors precisely, and complete 4+ repairs daily using a personal tool-kit and our 5-step process.

Ideal candidates enjoy arts-based work, have solid manual experience, and can collaborate with a supportive team while learning in a growing, local business environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience doing some form of manual work, from construction and manufacturing to painting or sculpting.
• Ability to see, distinguish, and replicate colors; color matching is integral to our process.
• Comfortable providing exceptional customer service during on-site repairs and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day.
• Perform work on-location with strong customer service and clear communication.
• Update progress on repairs by entering notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool and collaborate with the Support Team.
• Follow our 5-step repair process and use your tool-kit skills for unique solutions.
