Qualifications

5+ years in supply chain, procurement, or materials management.
Strong manufacturing experience.
Experience leading teams.
Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, materials planning, inventory, supplier management.
ERP system experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead sourcing, procurement, purchasing, and supplier negotiations.
Manage supplier relationships, performance, quality, cost, and delivery.
Oversee materials planning and inventory management.
Manage receiving, stockroom operations, and overall material flow.
Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team.
Monitor inventory levels, costs, shortages, quality, and delivery performance.
Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions and material shortages.
Partner closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Sales, and other departments.
Ensure materials are available to meet production schedules and customer commitments.
Identify opportunities to improve supply chain performance and efficiency.
