Purpose Boutique in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Kirkland store with a hands-on, customer-first approach. You will coach Stylists, connect with customers, and own the store's daily operations while building a high-performing team.

You’ll drive sales, margins, payroll, scheduling, merchandising, and culture, creating an inspiring, boutique shopping experience. Competitive base salary and generous benefits reflect our commitment to growth and leadership.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience with a strong record of driving sales and developing people.
• Hands-on, customer-first leadership style; coaching from the floor.
• Experience hiring, scheduling, training, and developing a retail or customer-facing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store to achieve sales, margin, payroll, and customer-experience goals.
• Model strong selling behaviors and personalized styling on the sales floor.
• Hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Stylists.
• Develop team members through clear expectations, real-time coaching, and regular feedback.
• Create schedules that support both business needs and a positive team experience.
• Manage payroll, inventory flow, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and visually compelling store environment.
• Identify and develop emerging leaders within the team.
• Build an accountable, positive culture where people work hard, support one another, and have fun.
