Transform Automations India Pvt LTD. is building an AI-native bookkeeping and compliance platform for Indian Chartered Accountants and MSMEs.

You will own the technical design of the platform, data flows and integrations, including AI components, with half time spent writing production code. This fully remote role from India focuses on architecture, data modelling, security and scale, while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years owning end-to-end design.
• Active hands-on coder with recent production code.
• Deep Java and Spring Boot; production SaaS experience; include security (OAuth2).
• Multi-tenant SaaS with data isolation and ledger-like data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Build core modules: ledger, multi-tenancy, integrations, AI components.
• Write production code in Java/Spring Boot; contribute to TypeScript/React where needed.
• Own code quality: tests, CI, observability, documentation.
• Debug and fix production issues in your areas.
