Job summary

Brassica + Northstar Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day execution and growth of our social media channels and online presence. As Brassica expands into new markets, you will build brand awareness, reach new guests and strengthen engagement with existing communities.

This hands-on role combines creative content production, organic social management and independently executed paid campaigns to deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years hands-on experience with social media and paid digital advertising for consumer brands.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, including setup, targeting, budgeting, optimization and reporting.
• Proven ability to independently produce social content and manage content creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Brassica's digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, Yelp and emerging platforms.
• Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies and calendars with photography, video and copy.
• Independently plan, launch, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Strengthen local search visibility through SEO and platform management across markets.
• Develop geo-targeted organic and paid campaigns to drive awareness, visits and promotions.
• Lead digital marketing efforts for new openings and market launches.
