Job summary

Isolatek International is seeking a Shift Leader in the Kansas City area to direct daily production activities for FireSolve® coatings. The role focuses on safe, efficient operation, supervising Production Operators and Batchers, and coordinating with maintenance, quality, and inventory teams.

The Shift Leader will spend roughly half the time performing hands-on production tasks, ensuring schedules are met while maintaining strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read batch records and SOPs.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and supervision to Production Operators and Production Batchers.
• Assign daily production priorities and monitor performance.
• Support safety, quality, inventory control, and housekeeping.
• Fill in for Production Operators and Production Batchers during absences or peak periods.
