Job summary

Isolatek International, a manufacturer of FireSolve® fire-protective coatings, seeks a Production Operator for the evening shift in Kansas City, KS. You will support batch manufacturing, handle raw materials, operate filling and packaging equipment, and maintain clean, safe production areas.

Responsibilities include following batch records and SOPs, weighing materials, operating forklifts, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to read batch records and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch records and manufacturing instructions to safely produce products.
• Accurately weigh, verify, stage, and add raw materials to batches.
• Support batch manufacturing activities, including materials handling and documentation.
• Operate production equipment (mixers, tanks, pumps, agitators, scales, filling equipment, label printers, forklift).
• Operate filling equipment to package finished product per requirements and quality standards.
• Perform basic equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting.
• Report issues to Shift Leader and maintain accurate batch records and logs.
• Move materials using forklifts; ensure inventory accuracy and proper material handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe production area following 5S and safety rules.
