Job summary

Isolatek International is launching a new manufacturing operation in Kansas City, KS, seeking a Production Operator to support the safe, efficient manufacture of FireSolve fire-protective coatings. The role involves preparing materials, adding raw materials, operating batch and filling equipment, and maintaining documentation.

This day-shift position requires 1–4 years of manufacturing experience, ability to lift up to 55 pounds, forklift operation (certificate not required at hire but within 90

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-4 years manufacturing experience.
• Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow batch records and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch records, manufacturing instructions and SOPs to safely produce products.
• Accurately weigh, verify, stage, and add raw materials to batches.
• Operate production equipment including mixers, tanks, fillers, and forklifts.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and complete production documentation.
• Report equipment issues and unsafe conditions to the Shift Leader.
• Support inventory accuracy and material handling.
