Job summary

Isolatek International in Kansas City, KS is hiring a Production Operator for day shift to support water-based FireSolve coatings. You will follow batch records, weigh and add materials, operate mixers, filling equipment, and forklifts, and maintain clean, safe work areas.

Responsibilities include documenting production activity, monitoring equipment, following SOPs, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

1-4 years of manufacturing experience.
1-4 years of forklift experience (certification not required).
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read, understand, and follow batch records and SOPs.
Ability to safely handle raw materials and operate production equipment.
Must lift up to 55 pounds repeatedly during shifts.

Responsibilities

Follow batch records and SOPs to safely produce products.
Weigh, verify, stage, and add raw materials to batches.
Support batch manufacturing activities and document process data.
Operate production equipment including mixers, tanks, pumps, scales, and filling equipment.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
Maintain accurate batch records and equipment logs.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized production areas.
