Domico Med-Device is seeking a Sewing Operator for its Fenton, MI location. This full-time role involves operating industrial sewing machines, following precise work instructions, and contributing to quality control in a medical device production environment.

Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sewing experience is a plus. Training will cover sewing techniques and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attendance and dependability.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Preferred: Previous industrial or commercial sewing experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to sew materials and components according to specifications.
• Follow work instructions, patterns, and production requirements.
• Measure, position, and align materials to ensure accurate sewing and assembly.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and consistency.
• Identify defects or quality concerns and communicate issues to the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Learn and follow established processes and procedures.
• Work closely with team members to meet production and quality goals.
