Domico Med-Device is seeking a Coating Operator in Fenton, MI for a hands-on manufacturing role. You will learn and perform painting, coating, and finishing processes, using industrial spray guns and screen printing to produce high-quality medical device components.

Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. A high school diploma is required, with emphasis on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required and dependable with good attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes while maintaining quality.
• Hands-on, repetitive tasks with focus on accuracy and safety.

Mansioni

• Perform painting, coating and finishing processes per specifications.
• Operate industrial spray guns and apply coatings to foam and carbon fiber components.
• Carry out screen printing as required and prepare surfaces for coating.
• Inspect parts for coverage, appearance and defects; measure as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and meet production schedules.
