Qualifications

• Hands-on commercial construction experience across multiple trades.
• Ability to walk a site and immediately recognize issues, gaps, or sequencing problems.
• Strong understanding of field operations, sequencing, and job-site workflow.
• Confidence to speak up, make decisions, and keep work moving.
• Clear communication with crews, subcontractors, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Walk active commercial construction job sites daily.
• Identify issues, conflicts, and sequencing problems before they impact production.
• Work directly with field crews and subcontractors to solve problems quickly.
• Ensure work is complete, correct, and ready for the next phase.
• Improve trade coordination and workflow across active projects.
• Hold crews accountable for quality, readiness, and execution.
• Verify field conditions, progress, and site organization.
• Communicate clearly with leadership about actual job-site conditions and project status.
• Help maintain project momentum by proactively addressing field issues before delays.
