Job summary

BF Construction Inc. is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to lead field operations on active commercial construction projects in Westminster, CA. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and drive schedules to keep projects moving while upholding high-quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership, and the ability to read plans and coordinate multi-trade work in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge across multiple trades.
• Ability to read and interpret complete construction drawings and specifications.
• Comfortable using digital project management and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on active commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trade sequencing, and site logistics.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure upcoming work is properly prepared.
• Conduct daily site walks to identify issues before delays.
• Verify work quality and ensure plans and specs are met.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce safety standards.
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field crews.
• Track daily progress, document site, and upload progress photos.
• Review plans and specs to confirm field accuracy and coordination.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts and schedule impacts.
• Manage punch lists and closeout activities.
