Qualifications

• Pursuing BS/MS/PhD in engineering or related fields.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Semiconductor processing coursework (PVD, CVD, lithography, etch, CMP).
• Experience with Spotfire is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data collection via metrology tools.
• Data analysis using Spotfire and Excel.
• Process troubleshooting and recipe optimization.
• Experimental design and execution of fab engineering trials.
