Skyworks Solutions, Inc in Richardson, TX invites you to join its Process Engineering Intern program designed for students in accredited BS, MS, or PhD programs. The role offers real work experience, exposure to upper management, and opportunities for full-time roles where available.

Internship participants will tackle challenging assignments, receive mentoring, and participate in launch & Learn events, with projects determined by current business needs. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Competenze

Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Semiconductor coursework and/or experience, including standard processing techniques (PVD, CVD, lithography, dry/wet etch, CMP)
Experience with Spotfire a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Interest in hands-on engineering work in a clean room facility

Mansioni

One or more projects in areas involving Evaporation, CVD, PVD, thin film depositing, Electroplating, plasma etch, Dry/Wet Etch, Photolithography, Wafer Dicing, CMP etc.
Data collection via various metrology tools
Data analysis using software such as Spotfire and Excel
Process troubleshooting and recipe optimization
Experimental design and execution of a fab engineering trial
