The internship is designed for college students enrolled in BS/MS/PhD programs, offering real work experience, exposure to upper management, and potential full-time opportunities. The responsibilities include projects in evaporation, CVD, PVD and related processes, data collection via metrology tools, data analysis with Spotfire and Excel, and experimental design in a fab environment.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Semiconductor coursework and/or experience, including standard processing techniques (PVD, CVD, lithography, dry/wet etch, CMP)
• Experience with Spotfire a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Interest in "hands on" engineering work in a clean room facility

Responsabilidades

• One or more projects in areas involving Evaporation, CVD, PVD, thin film depositing, Electroplating, plasma etch, Dry/Wet Etch, Photolithography, Wafer Dicing, CMP etc.
• Data collection via various metrology tools
• Data analysis using software such as Spotfire and Excel
• Process troubleshooting and recipe optimization
• Experimental design and execution of a fab engineering trial
