Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day security operations, coaching the team, maintaining a hospitality standard, and ensuring professional interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in secure environments (Class A commercial, corporate, entertainment or hospitality).
• Ability to coach, train, and hold officers accountable.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day security operations.
• Leading, training, coaching, and supporting the security team.

• Ensuring officers are professional, engaged, and following post orders.
• Working closely with property and client management.
• Managing access control, visitors, vendors, and building activity.
• Responding to incidents and ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
