Qualifications

• Experience developing and enforcing SOPs and policies.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires and ongoing staff training on procedures and security.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and task assignments.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Supervise account managers and guide performance improvement.
• Manage international job requests end-to-end.
• Coordinate with accounting on expenses and invoices.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze metrics for decision making.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Drive cost-efficiency through resource planning.
• Support SOP development and policy enforcement.
• Staff management including hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with department heads to improve performance.
